1: Strawberry Pluots & Cream Rocketpops

 Ingredients:
5 Emerald Pluots (more apricot than plum)
5 Strawberries
Heavy Cream
Vanilla Extract











I puréed the fruit and whipped the cream. Then, I layered them into my brand new popsicle mold. Four hours in the freezer and one happy wife:
